Meet the pup who started it all!
The roots of Winniefred trace back to my very first entrepreneurial venture in high school, when I started baking homemade treats for my beloved dog, Winston. He adored them so much that I named the biscuits Winnie’s Wonders and went door to door selling them. Although that project was short-lived, it sparked a passion for creating and sharing something meaningful.
Years later, as I began experimenting with different scents and wax blends, I knew I was embarking on something special—and it needed a name that truly meant something to me. Naturally, I turned once again to my greatest inspiration: Winston. “Winniefred,” one of his many nicknames, felt like the perfect fit.
Winniefred is more than a business—it's a tribute to my best friend and a reflection of the love, care, and intention behind everything I create. My dream is that as the business continues to grow and the world becomes a little greener, Winston will still be by my side, enjoying the journey with me.
